The NOAH Discussion Board: Student Animal Welfare

NOAH (network of animal health) is a discussion board area available for AVMA members.  Members can access the board directly without any extra registration, and access is limited to AVMA members.  So if you need a digital second opinion, or just to share ideas with colleagues, please check it out.  NOAH also has a discussion for SAVMA and SCAVMA students interested in animal welfare (“Student Animal Welfare.”) We would love to see students with an interest in animal welfare visiting this area and using it to connect with each other, their future colleagues and the AVMA.

Rather than needing to visit the forum all the time you can also track discussions by having them sent to your email.  To subscribe, first log into NOAH.  Once on the homepage, click “More” on the WebBoard menubar.  In the “More Options” menu select “Mailing Lists.”  On the “Mailing Lists” page check the box for the discussion group to which you wish to subscribe, then click “Save.” New posts to that discussion group will now be sent to the email you have listed in your NOAH Profile, which can also be found in the “More Options” menu.
