Free Webinar: “From Dull to Dynamite: Creating Your Winning Resume”

Overhauling your resume doesn’t need to be a daunting task, especially if you have the help of a professional. Erin Kennedy, president of Professional Resume Services, is joining the AVMA’s Veterinary Career Center to share suggestions on how you can upgrade, target and personalize your resume for better results. Whether you’re seeking a new job, looking to explore a different career path or want to have a fresh resume nearby just in case, this 60-minute webinar will provide you with strategies you can use right away.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16, from noon to 1 p.m. CST. Registration is easy, and you will receive a confirmation email explaining how to join the session once you’ve finished the registration process. Space is limited.

In addition to being a certified master and executive resume writer/career consultant, Kennedy is a nationally published writer and contributor of more than 12 best-selling books and has written hundreds of career-related articles. She has received international recognition following yearly nominations for the prestigious Toast of the Resume Industry Award.

For those that weren’t able to attend the webinar; another great suggestion would be to discuss the interviewing process with anyone involved in the recruiting department of any reputable company; their insight will help inform how you put together your resume.

Would like to offer this to our Veterinary Students over lunch in a classroom for the webinar session. Any issues with that?
