New Infographic Breaks Down Dog Bites by the Numbers

Did you know that males are more likely than females to be bitten by dogs? Or that dog bites were responsible for one-third of all homeowner liability insurance claims in the United States in 2011?

These are just a couple of the statistics in a new infographic we’ve put together to educate people about dog bite prevention. We’re offering the infographic as an embeddable widget that you can place in your own clinic or other website as well. It’s great content for your site – both fun and educational – and we hope it can help prevent some of the 4.5 million dog bites that occur every year in the United States.

So be sure to check out the full infographic and grab the code to add to your website.

Don’t Forget:
Dog Bite Prevention Week is May 19-25

We also have embeddable widgets, a downloadable Facebook cover photo and other social media content and tips you can use to show support for National Dog Bite Prevention Week, which starts Sunday.

Be sure to join the National Dog Bite Prevention Week event on Facebook as well, to help spread the word about dog bite prevention and share your stories.
