AVMA Now: Board Wrap-Up and “The Conversation”

The latest episode of AVMA Now is available for viewing. Featuring important member updates from the AVMA, this week’s topics include a wrap-up of AVMA’s June Executive Board meeting, a rare fungal infection found in rattlesnakes in Tennessee and the intraprofessional animal-welfare summit, “Can You Hear Me Now?” (The Conversation).

Along with these important updates, we are pleased to bring you an interview with AVMA President Dr. Doug Aspros. In the interview, Dr. Aspros discusses the broad spectrum of animal welfare issues veterinarians face, why there’s a need for an intraprofessional conversation on animal welfare, and how to join in on the discussion.

Access to the show is restricted to AVMA and SAVMA members and can only be viewed when you are logged into the AVMA website. You can view the current episode and see all of the previous episodes at www.avma.org/avmanow.
