    • Hi Raphael! One of the best ways to find out more about veterinary medicine is to talk to veterinarians – perhaps you can find one in your area who’d have some time to meet with you and talk about it. We have some materials, but most of them are written for older students. However, I think this one could be really helpful because it gives advice on things you can do to prepare for veterinary education: https://www.avma.org/public/Careers/Pages/vet-school-admission-101.aspx. We also have a bunch of career videos on our YouTube channel; these videos highlight different types of veterinarians.

You’ve got a great start, and that gives you a great opportunity to find out more about veterinary medicine and decide if it’s right for you. Good luck!
