Ever have one of those days when all of the boxes are checked, all of the t’s are crossed and all of the i’s are dotted, but things still go awry? We had one of those days. Unfortunately, it also affected some of you, and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you.
Due to a printer jam at the printing and distribution provider’s facility, approximately 650 members received another member’s dues renewal notice.
If you received the correct invoice or already renewed your membership, you don’t need to do anything.
What should you do if you received an incorrect invoice? Please recycle or shred the invoice. Then relax and enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday with your family and friends. You can wait for a corrected printed renewal notice, or you can use our streamlined online renewal process at any time to renew your AVMA membership. Please note that AVMA member data is not the issue, and remains intact and secure.
