Thank you for a great AVMA Convention 2017!

Enjoy highlights of some of the best moments

Conv-Thanks-Denver-300AVMA Convention 2017 is in the books! We want to thank all of the outstanding educators and exhibitors who contributed to the event and, of course, the thousands of dedicated and passionate members and other veterinary professionals who joined us in Indianapolis July 21-25. We are proud to have brought together such a diverse group of individuals from all segments of our profession for an energizing, educational and wholly enjoyable conference.

From world-class education to networking events to local attractions, AVMA Convention 2017 was rife with opportunities to learn, grow, and play. Here are some of the highlights we found most memorable:

  • Excited attendees lining up for a chance to spin the Wheel of Well-being at the AVMA Pavilion in the Exhibit Hall
  • Great food and some 1,000 smiling people enjoying the AVMF’s food truck fest
  • Keynote brunch with National Geographic Explorer Paul Sereno
  • Rockin’ to live music with the Gin Blossoms
  • Exhibit hall with more than 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services
  • Lively and engaging conversations with veterinary leaders at the Meet-the-Experts Round Table
  • More than 800 CE sessions, including hands-on labs and interactive workshops

We hope you had as much fun and learned as much as we did, and we invite you to share some of your own favorite moments in the comments here or on the AVMA Convention Facebook page. As a thank-you to all attendees, and also to share some of the fun with AVMA members who weren’t able to attend, we’ve collected some of the highlights of AVMA Convention 2017 in the video below.
