Who exactly is the AVMA? You are, of course, and you have lots of stories to tell. That’s why we recently introduced “I am AVMA,” a campaign that allows our members to tell – in their own words – how AVMA membership benefits them and the profession.

 We tend to share the benefits of AVMA membership in list form, but there’s something priceless about storytelling. And that’s what “I am AVMA” does. It tells stories in JAVMA print ads, online and via video. The campaign, which is led by our Communications and Membership and Field Services Divisions, drives home the message that AVMA is a diverse, talented bunch, and that we do a whole lot more than most people think, making it a great retention and recruitment tool for both current and potential members.
