Whether you’re directionally challenged or you’re one of the few who can find your way anywhere without a road map, it can be difficult for all of us to navigate our way around a 3.9 million-square-foot convention center. But fear not! A new directory service that the AVMA is using for the first time this year in the Georgia World Congress Center is sure to help you find your way around.
Called AVMA Map It!, this highly interactive directory is more than an atlas. It also gives you the power to organize your daily plans when it comes to visiting exhibitors, scheduling appointments and planning your day of CE. One thing that I know will really come in handy is the time and location listing for each CE session, and these will be updated regularly as needed. You can even create your own personalized agenda to print or download to your smart phone.
You can also scout out the special events for each day and locate the date, time and location for any alumni reception you might want to attend. With Map It!, you can also check out each convention exhibitor through an alphabetical and a categorical list. And what’s more, we’ll keep the exhibitor information posted on the directory for a few months after convention so you can follow-up with any company you’d like.
So take a tour today, and begin mapping your convention experience.
