Are you interested in developing your leadership skills so you can take an active role in the future of the AVMA and organized veterinary medicine? If so, the AVMA’s Future Leaders Program is for you.
The AVMA Executive Board approved the Future Leaders Program as a pilot project in 2010 as a means to identify and sustain veterinary leaders for all levels of organized veterinary medicine. Since then, the program has helped veterinarians from across the spectrum reach new levels of professional involvement and satisfaction.
We’re seeking another class of future leaders, and nomination forms are due by Feb. 18. To learn more, check out Dr. Lynne White-Shim’s latest blog about the program.
