Cannabis in veterinary practice: A clinical and legal update

Cannabis is a topic of high interest as a potential therapeutic agent for both people and animals. On Saturday, April 20 at noon Central Time, join the AVMA for a free, live webinar that will provide the veterinary community with important updates on this critical topic.

In Cannabis in Veterinary Practice: A Clinical and Legal Update, Dr. Jeffery Powers, vice chair of the AVMA’s Council on Biologic and Therapeutic Agents, and Dr. Gail Golab, the AVMA’s chief veterinary officer, will lead a discussion about the use of cannabis in veterinary medicine.

• How cannabis interacts with the endocannabinoid system in domestic animals
