January webinar: Lean veterinary practice management

With the start of a new year, there’s no better time to reflect on your business and consider if there are things you can do to improve the way you manage your veterinary practice. Veterinarian and writer Dr. Chip Ponsford and internationally-recognized management consultant Mark Graban will discuss lean philosophy and how you can implement it in your veterinary practice. You’ll learn how lean management can help you better understand your practice’s challenges and solve them at the root cause, facilitate continuous improvement among your staff, and create a culture of engagement and respect in your organization.

This free, live webinar is part of the AVMA’s Lead & Learn series. It’s open to all veterinary professionals, with the option to earn 1 hour of CE credit. AVMA members who can’t attend the live session will be able to watch it later as an on-demand webinar with an option to earn the same CE credit.
