Journey for Teams: Medical professionals

Has your organization considered the connection between workplace culture and employee retention? A new learning module released this month by Journey for Teams helps to connect the dots.

The Art of Retention explores how a positive organizational culture—one that engages, listens, and responds to team members—can maximize employee satisfaction. This 15-minute module delves into actionable ways we can improve our workplace environments to make our existing employees feel welcome and supported. For example:

  • Conduct stay interviews, and develop individual development plans for every team member.
  • Promote the development of employee resource groups.
  • Recognize that organizational culture and employee experience are deciding factors in retention.

Like all Journey for Teams modules, The Art of Retention includes a short video and supporting documents that help you define a personalized path forward for yourself and your own organization.

Explore the art of retention now in learning module 6 on the Journey for Teams website.
